At LICON, he leads development, focusing on efficient and sustainable technical solutions that help optimize energy consumption and improve indoor environmental quality. His work combines technical practice with innovation and research in the field of ventilation.

Currently, he focuses on the issue of indoor radon, where he contributes to promoting the KORADO radon mitigation system with its unique technical solution for monitoring and elimination. He strives to expand this system not only in the Czech market but also within European projects.
