Ing. Lukáš Mareda has been working for more than 15 years on the development of ventilation units specializing in reducing radon activity concentration in buildings. At LICON, he leads development, focusing on efficient and sustainable technical solutions that help optimize energy consumption and improve indoor environmental quality. His work combines technical practice with innovation and research in the field of ventilation.

He has long been involved in business activities in international markets. Currently, he focuses on the issue of indoor radon, where he contributes to promoting the KORADO radon mitigation system with its unique technical solution for monitoring and elimination. He strives to expand this system not only in the Czech market but also within European projects.
